Benjamin A. Goldman  served as Project Director for a two-year study of the hazardous waste industry by The Council on Economic Priorities and is the author of Hazardous Waste Management. The Council on Economic Priorities is a public service research organization, dedicated to accurate and impartial analysis of some of the most vital issues facing our country today. CEP is nonaligned, independent, and nonprofit.
